Shipping & Returns

B-Fit accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Baltimore, MD via UPS or USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by UPS and USPS.

 

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days from the time the order is placed. All orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed after Friday 2.00PM to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped, ETA within 2~6 days depending on the customer location. No carrier does pick up or deliver on weekends.

**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.**

If there is a problem with your order please contact us via email or phone. We will take care of you no matter what. The only policy we have is we will do whatever it takes to fit the problem and make you happy.

 

If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (usually 30 days). If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

To make a return, please email or call us to let us know. Next, to ensure your exchange or credit is processed as quickly as possible and to help you avoid a return adjustment, please follow the below checklist:

• Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories.

• Please return items using the original product box

• Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS

• Remember that if your order was shipped for free under a free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit
